Our client is deeply respected; an institution rooted in rich legacy that has been painstakingly built over the years. Due to talent movements and leadership renewal, there is now a very exciting opportunity for a Finance Director to lead a highly transformational agenda with the objective of bringing the finance organization to the next level.

Responsibilities

Leading a team of highly dedicated and committed finance professionals, you will be responsible for the entirety of the finance function, which will encompass financial reporting, strategic planning and finance operations, governance, risk and compliance, as well as overall treasury functions.

You will be the face of finance and focus on service excellence when dealing with the various internal stakeholders as well as with a very international and diverse board of directors.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a demonstrated track record leading transformation and change of a sizeable and complex organization. Mature, respectful and nuanced, you are both strategic in mindset and operationally hands on in approach and execution. A strong business partner blessed with a curious mindset, you see opportunities for improvements wherever possible. Personable, engaging and articulate, you bring positivity to discussions and are often described as an inspirational leader. Collaborative and team-based, you often allude success to a “we”.
