Our client is a leading global technology solutions provider – renowned for their AI-first client solutions. Due to talent movements, there is now an extremely exciting opportunity for an accomplished global finance and business operations leader to join the organisation in a highly strategic executive leadership capacity.

Role

Reporting into senior global leadership, this role will be responsible for shaping and driving the operational and financial strategy of a more than €6bn technology solutions business. Leading finance business partnering, finance operations and transformation, the mandate extends beyond traditional finance leadership into enterprise-wide operational excellence, AI-led transformation and strategic business partnership. You will lead the development and execution of the business unit’s global financial and operational agenda, with a strong focus on driving financial predictability, disciplined margin management and long-term value creation. The role will also spearhead the transformation of business operations towards a next-generation AI-enabled operating model across key enterprise processes including OTC, RTR, PTP etc. Additionally, you will oversee performance management across international operations, driving operational efficiency, cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Ideally, you are an experienced CFO, or senior finance and business operations executive with a proven track record operating within large-scale high-technology environments. You bring demonstrated experience leading large, matrixed and international teams, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across regions and functions. Prior leading of/exposure to large-scale transformation programmes, digital finance initiatives and AI-enabled operating models will be extremely advantageous. You are commercially astute, operationally rigorous and fluent in driving enterprise-wide change in a fast-evolving global environment. A global mindset with the experience of working in highly matrixed, large-scale and culturally rich environments are essential for success in this role.
