Our client is an organisation at the forefront of healthcare technology. As the organisation continues to evolve in scale, complexity and impact, there is now an opportunity for a highly accomplished corporate leader to join the executive leadership team as Chief Corporate Officer.

Peran

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide enterprise-wide leadership across the organisation’s corporate platform, ensuring the highest standards of governance, stewardship and organisational effectiveness. Leading through a team of senior functional executives, you will oversee a broad portfolio comprising Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, Information Technology etc. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will drive strategic planning and organisational alignment, enabling the organisation to fulfil its mandate while balancing operational, resource and risk considerations. You will be responsible for strengthening governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory and policy compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency and performance across the enterprise.

Persyaratan

You are an accomplished enterprise leader with extensive experience overseeing multiple corporate functions through senior functional executives. With more than 20 years of relevant experience, you bring deep expertise across corporate governance, risk management, finance, procurement, contract management and organisational leadership gained within large, complex organisations. Prior exposure engaging with public sector/government stakeholders is a critical requirement in the role. Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management capabilities are advantageous. Exposure to technology-driven organisations or digital transformation environments will be favourable.
