The Senior Structurer, Derivatives is responsible for leading the management and development of derivatives-based investment strategies across global markets, including interest rates, FX, equity, and credit derivatives. The role will focus on portfolio construction, risk management, hedging solutions, and the optimization of derivatives and collateral portfolios to support investment and balance sheet objectives.

Persyaratan

The role requires a minimum ten years of experience in derivatives portfolio management, structuring or trading with strong knowledge of derivatives markets, pricing, risk management, and portfolio construction across multiple asset classes, including rates, FX, equity, and credit. Candidates should demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Python or similar analytical tools. A Degree or Post-Grad in Finance, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline would be preferred. Excellent communication and relationship management skills across regions are essential to success in this role.
