The Head of Trading is responsible for leading a multi-asset trading function across equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, and liquidity products. The role is responsible for delivering best execution, managing trading risk and liquidity, providing market intelligence, and driving the development of trading capabilities, infrastructure, and governance.

Persyaratan

The role requires a minimum twenty years of institutional trading experience, including leadership of multi-asset trading functions. Candidates should demonstrate a strong expertise across equities, fixed income, FX, and derivatives markets across Asia markets and market structure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achievements in building and managing high-performing trading teams along with strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, executive presence to engage effectively with senior clients and internal stakeholders, and a highly proactive, commercially driven, and market-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and relationship management skills across regions are essential to success in this role.
