Junior Legal Counsel, Manufacturing Company
About the Company
Our client is a regional manufacturing company with an established presence across Asia. They provide business solution to a diverse portfolio of industrial and infrastructure customers. They are currently looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel to partner closely with the commercial teams and provide legal support across the organisation.
Tanggung Jawab
You will provide day-to-day legal support on a broad range of commercial matters by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements including distributor, maintenance and service contracts and non-disclosure agreements. You will partner closely with business stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice, identify and mitigate legal risks and support key commercial initiatives. In addition, you will develop legal training programmes, enhance legal templates and internal processes, and manage disputes and claims involving customers, suppliers, and other external parties.
Persyaratan
You should be admitted to the Singapore Bar with 2-3 years’ PQE gained either in private practice and/or an in-house legal role. You will have strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, together with sound analytical and problem-solving abilities.
