About the Company
Our client is a Singapore headquartered conglomerate with an integrated global value chain spanning manufacturing, trading, refining, and distribution. As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Legal Counsel to support their regional commercial operations and strategic business initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
You will provide legal advice across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, supporting regional trading and business operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including trading, procurement, supply, logistics, distribution, and service contracts, while advising on legal and regulatory risks associated with day-to-day business activities. You will support strategic projects, investments, and cross-border transactions, manage disputes and external counsel where required, and partner closely with internal stakeholders to deliver practical, commercially focused legal solutions.
Persyaratan
You should be a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years PQE ideally gained in a mix of private practie and in-house environment. Candidates with a disputes/litigation background is strong encouraged to apply. You should possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
