Our client is a leading global financial services organisation with an established presence across Asia. To support its continued growth, it is seeking a commercially minded HR professional based in Hong Kong to partner senior business leaders across the region and drive its people agenda.

Tanggung Jawab

You will partner business leaders across Hong Kong, China and Singapore on organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you will deliver talent, rewards, learning and employee experience initiatives, while ensuring sound HR governance across the employee lifecycle. You will also support regional HR projects, organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.

Persyaratan

You have at least 10 years of HR Business Partnering, HR Consulting or HR Generalist experience, ideally gained within banking or financial services. You possess a sound understanding of employment legislation across Hong Kong, China and Singapore, together with experience advising leaders on employee relations and other complex people matters. Commercially minded and collaborative, you bring strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills. Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required to effectively support employees and business leaders across Hong Kong and China.
