      Our client is a leading global financial institution with a strong regional presence across Asia Pacific. As part of its continued investment in talent and organisational capability, it is seeking a Talent Development & Learning professional to join its regional HR team.

      Responsibilities
      This is a regional role where you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive talent and learning initiatives aligned to business priorities. You will identify capability gaps and development priorities, and deliver talent and learning initiatives to strengthen organisational capability across the region. You will play a key role in fostering a strong learning culture and ensuring programmes are aligned with global frameworks while remaining commercially relevant to regional business needs. You will also contribute to regional and global talent projects, partnering with internal stakeholders and external providers to implement scalable and impactful solutions.

      Requirements
      You are degree qualified with established experience in talent management and learning, ideally gained within major global financial institutions or corporates. You possess strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders across diverse markets and cultures. You have demonstrated track record operating within matrixed and complex organisations, and the ability to connect talent and learning initiatives to business priorities and organisational outcomes. Experience within financial services and regulated environments will be advantageous.
