Head of Legal – Energy Trading
This is a renowned public listed company in the world, in the energy sector. Singapore serves as a key hub where various global functions are based out of.
Responsible for a global remit, you will be the key point of contact for all legal matters for the company’s sales & marketing business. This includes negotiating with internal and external stakeholders on the company’s sale of commodities, advising on commodities-related disputes, and structuring commodity trading transactions.
You should ideally come with proven leadership experience, as the role will oversee an existing legal team. This is an excellent role for senior commodities / energy trading lawyers to take on a high-visibility role.
