Data Governance Manager, Healthcare
We are seeking a Data Governance Manager for a leading healthcare organization in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will lead the Data Governance Forum, overseeing the progress of strategic workstreams that enable secure, high-quality data sharing across a complex organizational landscape. You will bridge the gap between high-level policy and technical execution, ensuring that governance is embedded in daily operations and that data assets are leveraged for innovation and responsible AI.
Tanggung jawab:
As the Data Governance Manager, you will oversee the governance framework that monitors progress across all data strategy workstreams. You will drive the identification and cataloging of enterprise data assets and critical data elements (CDEs), while establishing a Data Stewardship framework to empower domain leads. A key part of this role involves evaluating and implementing data governance and analytics tools, which includes performing hands-on implementation and scripting of selected technologies. You will also manage stakeholder engagement across the organization, ensuring audit readiness and driving data literacy initiatives to align business needs with governed data standards.
Persyaratan:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least proven experience in data governance, enterprise data strategy, or program management within complex organizations. You must possess a strong understanding of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK or DCAM and have hands-on experience with data cataloging, lineage, and quality tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica). The ability to perform technical implementation and scripting is essential. You should be a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree holder in Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills are necessary to drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and experience in healthcare or other highly regulated sectors is a significant advantage.
