Our client is an established technology company specialising in AI infrastructure and cloud computing solutions. As demand for AI continues to accelerate, the organisation is expanding its team to support the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance infrastructure. They are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive the architecture of AI data infrastructure and shape the next generation of AI platforms.

Peran

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the architecture and technical direction of the data infrastructure underpinning large-scale AI environments. This includes designing and optimising storage, memory, caching, and data movement solutions that maximise the performance of GPU-based AI workloads.

Working closely with internal engineering teams and enterprise customers, you will evaluate technologies, develop reference architectures, and provide expert guidance on infrastructure design, performance optimisation, and solution scalability. You will also play a key role in benchmarking new technologies, influencing platform strategy, and establishing best practices across storage, networking, and compute. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex AI infrastructure challenges while partnering with senior technical stakeholders to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

Persyaratan

You will have at least 10 years of experience in solutions architecture, AI infrastructure, high-performance computing, enterprise storage, or a related technical discipline. You possess strong expertise in high-performance storage platforms, software-defined and parallel storage, NVMe, NVMe-oF, object and file systems, as well as low-latency networking technologies including RDMA, RoCEv2, and InfiniBand.

Experience designing and supporting large-scale GPU environments, conducting workload-based performance benchmarking, and evaluating infrastructure trade-offs involving scalability, efficiency, and total cost of ownership will be highly regarded. Knowledge of emerging technologies such as CXL, memory disaggregation, and AI caching architectures is advantageous. You are an effective communicator who can engage confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, produce clear technical documentation, and provide leadership and mentorship within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
