      Our client is an established financial services company that has posted strong financial results year after year. This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned organization as a Senior Manager, Benefits, to drive both regional strategy and operational initiatives.

      Position Overview

      You will lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of regional benefits programs, with a strong focus on APAC. This role is pivotal in shaping a benefits framework that aligns with the company’s evolving workforce needs, supports talent attraction and retention, and meets compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions. You will also work cross-functionally with HR, finance, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence.

      Key Responsibilities

      Reporting to the Global Head of Benefits, this role is responsible for shaping and executing benefits strategies that support the firm’s people agenda, enhance employee engagement, and align with industry benchmarks. It combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and scalable benefits programs across APAC. The role also works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and risk-managed benefits experience.

      • Design and deliver market-competitive benefits programs aligned with business strategy and regulatory requirements.

      • Support leadership with data-driven insights, cost modeling, and scenario planning to inform benefits decisions.

      • Ensure operational excellence through streamlined processes and scalable frameworks across multiple jurisdictions.

      • Collaborate with finance, legal, procurement, and HR operations to align benefits delivery with firm-wide priorities.

      • Manage vendor relationships and ensure performance standards meet the expectations of a highly regulated environment.

      • Monitor regulatory developments and maintain full compliance across all operating markets.

      Requirements

      You are degree-qualified with over 12 years of experience in Total Rewards or Benefits, including regional or global roles. You have a proven track record in leading benefits transformation initiatives such as global harmonization and vendor transitions. Known for your analytical strength and ability to support data-driven decisions, you thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and work well both independently and cross-functionally.
