Cybersecurity Platform Support (Forcepoint DLP), Financial Services

Our client is a leading financial services firm seeking a cybersecurity platform support professional to help maintain and strengthen its enterprise security technology environment. This role sits within a team responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability and operational effectiveness of key cybersecurity platforms across areas such as data protection, network security, identity, cloud, application security and security operations.

Peran

You will provide hands-on technical support for a wide range of cybersecurity platforms, ensuring that systems remain stable, secure and fit for purpose. The role involves monitoring platform availability, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, managing incident and problem tickets, supporting patching activities, and identifying improvements to operational processes. You will also contribute to documentation, automation of repeatable tasks, and work closely with technology and business stakeholders as a trusted security platform support specialist.

Persyaratan

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technology, cybersecurity or information security, ideally within financial services.
• Hands-on experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting cybersecurity platforms.
• Practical experience with Forcepoint DLP and Web Security, including operations, health checks and configuration management.
• Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, networking concepts, access rights and permissions.
• Meticulous and analytical team player with strong problem-solving skills; scripting experience such as Python and certifications such as CISSP would be advantageous.
