Introduction
A leading organisation is hiring a Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition in Singapore to support end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and talent pipeline initiatives across the business.
Tanggung Jawab
You will manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support while partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to support hiring needs and workforce planning.
The role includes maintaining ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics to support reporting accuracy and process improvement. You will also support employer branding initiatives, LinkedIn recruitment marketing, vendor management, internship programmes, and onboarding activities to strengthen talent attraction and employee experience.
Persyaratan
You bring relevant Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience with exposure to end-to-end hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment reporting, and employer branding initiatives will be advantageous.
You are organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively while communicating confidently with stakeholders across the business.
