The programme is highly visible, strategically important and backed by senior leadership, with a clear mandate to simplify architecture, uplift customer experience and enable faster product innovation.

Tentang Peran

We are seeking a Head of Payments Programme to lead the end‑to‑end transformation of the bank’s payments technology landscape. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for shaping and executing the payments modernisation roadmap across front, middle and back‑office platforms.

The role requires deep domain expertise in payments technology or channels technology, combined with the maturity to make independent decisions in a complex environment. You will act as a central orchestrator, aligning business, technology and external partners while ensuring delivery remains robust, compliant and customer‑centric.

Tanggung Jawab

• Own the overall payments transformation programme, from strategy definition through to execution and stabilisation
• Lead modernisation across customer channels, payment processing engines, integration layers and downstream systems
• Translate business objectives into executable technology roadmaps, sequencing initiatives for maximum impact
• Make sound, independent decisions on architecture, delivery trade‑offs and prioritisation in a regulated environment
• Partner closely with business, operations, risk, compliance and technology teams to ensure cohesive execution
• Manage senior stakeholders across functions, fostering collaboration and alignment around shared outcomes
• Oversee external vendors and delivery partners, ensuring accountability, quality and value realisation
• Build and lead high‑performing programme and delivery teams, setting clear expectations and governance

Persyaratan

• Proven experience leading large‑scale payments or channels technology programmes within a bank or regulated financial institution
• Strong domain knowledge across payments ecosystems (e.g. clearing, settlement, real‑time payments, channels, middleware)
• A seasoned leader with the confidence to make independent calls while remaining highly collaborative
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with the ability to balance strategic intent and hands‑on execution
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives and cross‑functional leaders
