As they continue to scale their digital landscape across Singapore, China, Vietnam, and Indonesia, they are seeking a Regional ERP Lead to serve as the technical steward of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O) ecosystem. This is a rare, high-impact role where you will exercise complete ownership over a diverse landscape – bridging the gap between high-tech corporate offices and large-scale industrial factory sites.
In this role, you will get to serve as the regional technical steward for a sophisticated D365 F&O landscape, exercising complete ownership over the platform’s stability and direction across Singapore and North Asia. You will operate as a high-level Technical Architect who influences the system without the need for manual coding, focusing instead on defining configurations, managing the environment lifecycle via LCS, and leading large-scale module rollouts. By bridging the gap between high-tech corporate offices and industrial factory sites, you will translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions while governing external support partners to ensure every enhancement meets the world-class standards of a global manufacturing leader.
You will bring your experience of:
at least 4-7 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations F&O (please note: this is an F&O environment, not Business Central) demonstrating a deep functional understanding across multiple core modules rather than a single silo. Your technical literacy allows you to “look under the hood” to understand X++ logic and system extensions, ensuring you can distinguish between configuration-led fixes and custom development. Given the regional scope of the role, you bring a proven track record of managing multi-country ERP environments and vendor relationships.
