Front Office Business Manager (Private Banking) – AVP/VP

We are partnering with a leading Private Bank to hire a Business Sales Management professional to support Front Office business activities and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
This role will work closely with Relationship Managers to drive sales performance, oversee KPI and pipeline tracking, and deliver timely management reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will also collaborate with key functions including Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day activities, enhance reporting capabilities, and maintain strong adherence to regulatory and internal policies. In addition, the role will support process improvements and system-related initiatives to strengthen overall business efficiency.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management, with strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.), coupled with the ability to present insights clearly to senior management in a fast-paced environment.
