We are partnering with a European manufacturer within the Ingredients, Nutrition & Health industry to appoint a General Manager for their Philippines business.

Tanggung Jawab

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the Philippines business, with full accountability for commercial performance, team leadership and overall operations. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth through both existing accounts and new customer development, while enhancing market visibility and strengthening the company’s presence locally.

Leading a lean team, you will be expected to provide hands-on leadership, building structure, discipline and clear ways of working. At the same time, you will collaborate closely with regional stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and execution. This role also carries responsibility for financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting and ensuring sustainable profitability.

Requirement

We are looking to speak with candidates who bring a strong track record of driving business growth within the Philippines, ideally within the broader ingredients, nutrition, or related B2B sectors. A well-established customer network, coupled with the ability to lead, influence and execute in a relatively unstructured environment, will be key to success.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven leader to take on a country leadership role, taking full ownership of a developing market with good growth potential. The position is open to individuals who are currently in a senior commercial or sales leadership capacity, and are ready to transition into general management.

Prior experience managing distributors and partners will be advantageous.
