About the job

We are seeking a Head of Analytics and AI to build and lead AI capabilities for a leading international commodities firm. This is a 0→1 leadership role focused on establishing the firm’s AI strategy and developing a modern data platform to support scalable, data-driven decision making across the business.

This is an opportunity to join a growing organization and play a key role in shaping AI adoption across trading, operations, and risk functions.

You will define and drive the firm’s AI and data strategy, working closely with business, technology, and data teams to build and deploy impactful AI solutions. You will lead the development of a modern data platform, translate business priorities into scalable AI use cases, and ensure strong governance, performance, and adoption across the organisation.

Persyaratan

We are looking for a senior AI/data leader with a strong track record of building capabilities from scratch (0→1). Proven experience leading AI, data science, or data platform teams in a fast-moving environment is essential. A deep understanding of data architecture and AL deployment, along with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions, is required.

Candidates from outside commodities are welcome to apply. Experience in industries such as technology, financial services, logistics and energy will be highly relevant.
