Our client is an established and well-backed energy company embarking on its next phase of growth and expansion. It is seeking to appoint an experienced HR professional to manage compensation and benefits, while supporting broader performance and culture initiatives aligned to the company’s people agenda.
Tanggung Jawab
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for managing compensation and benefits across the organisation, including salary benchmarking, deferred cash payment administration, annual bonus and salary review exercises, and executive remuneration processes. You will oversee the effective administration of reward frameworks and related HR systems, ensuring operational rigour and alignment with business objectives.
You will also support organisational excellence initiatives focused on leadership development, culture and workforce effectiveness. This includes executing leadership development action plans, supporting communication and change initiatives, as well as enhancing appraisal and performance management frameworks to strengthen organisational capability and employee performance.
Persyaratan
Degree qualified, you bring relevant experience in compensation and benefits management within a structured and performance-driven environment. Analytical, hands on and dependable, you possess a strong sense of governance and operational rigour, with the ability to manage reward processes accurately and effectively. You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills and can balance operational execution alongside broader people and organisational priorities.
