Key Account Manager (Digital Infrastructure)

A fast-growing, Singapore-based digital infrastructure platform is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive hyperscale business acquisition across Asia.

Tanggung Jawab

The role drives hyperscale business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities with cloud and AI customers across the region. It manages and expands strategic accounts through continuous engagement, capacity planning, and long-term partnership development. The position builds a deep understanding of customer roadmaps to align solutions with future infrastructure needs, anticipates demand, and converts insights into commercial opportunities while maintaining strong account health. It leads negotiations, supports tenders and proposals, and collaborates cross-functionally to deliver solutions. The role engages senior stakeholders, presents insights, and influences decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving market environment.

Persyaratan

You possess a bachelor’s degree with 5 – 8 years of experience in hyperscale data centres, cloud, or enterprise technology. You have a proven track record managing strategic accounts, strong commercial, negotiation, and client management skills, and experience in contracts and tenders. Key traits to success would be confidence in engaging senior stakeholders, agile, driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
