Our client is a globally established bank with an expansive global presence and a commitment to growth. Due to their continued expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Loans Operations professional to join their team.
Tanggung Jawab
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the bank to oversee the governance of Group policies and procedures, as well as the rollout and implementation of products, systems, and processes across branches. You will provide guidance to the BAU (Business As Usual) team, addressing operational needs, risks, and issues. Additionally, you will identify operational risks within key processes and ensure that activities comply with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Persyaratan
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in Loans Operations and Risk, ideally gained within a financial institution. You should possess strong business engagement skills and the ability to make effective decisions. Your communication and influencing abilities should be exceptional, as you will need to navigate complex situations strategically. With a solutions-oriented mindset, you will demonstrate the highest level of integrity and professionalism.
