SAP Change Management Lead

Our client in the healthcare industry is seeking a Change Management Lead (SAP S/4HANA Transformation) to support a large-scale enterprise transformation programme. This role will focus on driving the implementation of SAP S/4HANA across finance and related functions, with an emphasis on strengthening processes and improving operational effectiveness. You will play a key role in ensuring successful adoption and long-term value realisation across the organisation.

Reporting to the Business Transformation Lead, you will define and deliver the change management strategy for a complex SAP transformation programme. Working closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology teams, you will align change initiatives with programme milestones and ensure readiness across user groups. You will identify potential barriers to adoption, design targeted interventions, and develop clear communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels. This includes leading training needs analysis and overseeing the rollout of capability-building programmes to support user readiness.

You will also establish and manage a network of change champions, gather ground feedback, and ensure it is incorporated into programme decisions. In addition, you will oversee stakeholder engagement with senior leadership, provide regular updates, and track adoption metrics to refine the change approach where required.

Requirements

You have at least 15 years of experience leading change management within large-scale business or technology transformation programmes. Experience supporting SAP transformations, particularly S/4HANA, will be advantageous. You hold a recognised change management certification (such as PROSCI or equivalent) and bring a strong understanding of change methodologies and user adoption strategies. You are an effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership. You are comfortable operating in complex environments, with a structured yet adaptable approach to driving clarity and alignment. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries is beneficial.
