Senior Finance Manager (Contract)

Our client is a globally recognised organisation with a strong track record of innovation and growth, operating in a dynamic and fast-evolving environment. As part of its continued focus on financial discipline and strategic agility, there is now an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join them as a maternity cover, with a possibility of a contract to perm conversion.

Peran

You will provide end-to-end finance support to the NPI teams, acting as a strategic business partner and playing a critical role in shaping early-stage product investment decisions. You will take ownership of investment appraisals across early-stage product development, providing financial oversight at key project milestones and serving as a point of escalation where required. In addition, you will drive and maintain governance frameworks and reporting processes to ensure consistency, transparency and alignment across the organisation. A key aspect of the role will involve working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support the development of business cases for new product innovation/launches, including preparation for executive-level discussions. You will present financial insights, support decision-making on pricing and cost assumptions, and contribute to P&L analysis for senior leadership and Board review. This role also carries the responsbility of making continuous enhancements to project portfolio reporting and business case modelling, as well as ensuring continuous improvement in financial processes and decision support capabilities.

Persyaratan

You are a qualified finance professional with a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and bring significant post-qualification experience, ideally within a complex, global environment. You have a strong track record of business partnering and supporting executive-level decision-making, with the ability to develop and interpret complex financial models and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Commercially driven and resilient, you are comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are equally adept at strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation, and instill and convey complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences in very simple forms.
