VP Legal Counsel

This is an interesting opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a fund management and investment platform focused on real estate, infrastructure, and connectivity assets, managing both listed and private investment vehicles.

This role provides legal support across private funds, REITs, and business trusts throughout the full investment lifecycle. It involves advising on transactions, regulatory compliance, and governance matters while liaising with stakeholders including regulators, external counsel, and internal business units.

The ideal candidate brings strong legal expertise in private funds, corporate transactions, and fund formation, with familiarity in relevant regulatory frameworks. They should demonstrate commercial acumen, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
